Our Mission
To teach simple strategies for success and fill in the gaps that prevent at-risk and at-promise individuals from reaching their full potential.
The Rise & Reach Project is a research-informed nonprofit advancing economic mobility and community development through mentorship, financial literacy, life-skills education, workforce readiness, basic needs support and resource navigation, and access to mental and physical health resources for youth and underserved communities.
We support at-risk and at-promise youth, single-parent households, veterans, immigrants, reentry populations, first-generation college students, foster youth, and other underserved communities working toward opportunity and stability.

Guidance and life coaching that helps individuals navigate personal, academic, and career challenges.
Financial Literacy
Education that teaches practical money management, credit, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
Health Access
Connecting individuals with mental and physical health resources that support overall well-being.
Life Skills Education and Personal Development
Developing essential life skills such as hygiene, communication, patience, responsibility, goal setting, leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds.
Basic Needs Assessment and Resource Navigation
Assessing immediate needs and connecting participants with trusted community resources including housing, food access, health services, and education support.
Workforce Readiness & Career Pathways
Career development support including job preparation, professional skills, and pathways to employment.

When individuals gain financial literacy, complete their education, and secure stable employment,
it changes the trajectory of entire households. As participants grow into mentors, professionals, and community leaders, the positive effects extend beyond individuals to strengthen neighborhoods and reduce long-term social and economic costs.
