A research based, community development non-profit organization, dedicated to empowering at-promise youth, veterans, and underserved populations through mentorship and servitude. Our mission is to teach simple strategies for success and fill in the gaps for youth growing up and who grew up in single-parent households. - Children in fatherless households have an increased likelihood of incarceration, violence, and homelessness.

Our community-based programs provide mentorship and development in life skills, finance, academics, health, STEM training, workforce development, and college and career access.
Community member’s individual expertise is integrated with
development programming to make lives better by filling in the gaps
of single-parent households.
All programs are culturally appropriate and sensitive to the needs of
the participants.
Mentoring Programs
The Rise and Reach Project provides distinct mentorship for students K-12 and young adults 18-26 that equips at-promise youth with the skills they need to lead positive, productive, contributing lives to society while becoming economically self-sufficient.
